About our 2022 Beneficiary
Randy James, or as everyone knows him by Frog, was diagnosed in September 2021 with stage 3 melanoma. He has undergone 2 surgeries removing lymph nodes and tumors. He has done 33 treatments of radiation and still doing Keytruda treatments. His health insurance ran out in December of 2021 and he is having a difficult time finding anyone willing to insure him now. He has a lot more treatments and doctor's visits ahead of him, along with PET scans coming up in the next few months.
All proceeds from the 2022 If it Rolls, it Rides benefit will go towards helping Frog with his pending medical expenses.

These are the currently planned stops for the 2022 If it Rolls, it Rides benefit on March 26th. Please note that the stops, order, and/or route are all subject to change based on ride leader, road conditions, and other factors.

Pre-registration is NOT required, but a head count is helpful when we're planning the final route and to give our stops a heads-up on what to expect. You also have the option to pre-pay via credit card with this option!
Schedule is subject to change based on . . . idk, life. Our current plan (and you know what they say about making plans) is to roughly follow the schedule below:
9 am - Rider Registration open
11 am - Wheels Rolling / Kickstands Up
4 pm - BBQ Dinner ($10 PRE ORDER)
5 pm - CHARITY AUCTION
8 pm - LIVE BAND
T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and koozies are available via pre-order and can be picked up approximately one week prior to the ride or the morning of. Shipping is available for an additional cost (though we make no promises that they will arrive before the ride date!), please enter that information into the order form so it can be calculated and invoiced appropriately. There will be a very limited quantity of items available for purchase the day of the ride, so the best way to ensure you get your size and preferred style is to pre-order now. Payment can be made online in advance or in cash at pickup, please note your preference on the form. All pre-orders will close on March 2, 2022.
Channing and Christy are at the smoker again! Just like last year, they will be providing amazing bbq with all the fixin's! If we're lucky, we might even talk him into some smoked baloney again. To ensure we cook enough, please pre-order your plate by filling out the form above. There may be some extra on the evening of the ride, but we can't guarantee it (last year those extra plates were snatched up in a jiffy!). Payment can be made online in advance or in cash the day of the ride, please note your preference on the form.
Pre-orders for meals will close on March 25th, and if pre-paying, invoices must be paid no later than March 26th to ensure your meal is marked pre-paid on the day of the ride!

Donations
Donations of quality items to be auctioned or raffled off during the benefit are always welcomed. You may drop off any donations at Jugg's Bar & Grill or at Ronnie's Place (be sure to tell them what the items are for!). Also, donations can be handed off to any member of our steering committee between now and the day of the auction.
